Louie To T.I.: "U Can Buy Our Stuff But Don't Promote It...Nigger"

How dumb would you feel if you spent hundreds of thousands of dolars on a brand for them to shut down your video SUPPORTING THEM?

Ask T.I.

T.I. says the video for "Swing Ya Rag" — an undeniably mammoth musical moment on Paper Trail — is one for the vaults. Tip and Swizz Beatz shot the video many weeks ago, around the same time as the "What Up, What's Haapnin' " clip. However, the two companies mentioned in the song were not excited about the prospect of full-on visuals for the record.

"We did it, and it came out hot," Tip said of the video. "Louis [Vuitton] and Gucci started trippin' about it. They were saying we were infringing, in one way or another. They weren't happy about it. They didn't want it to come out. But it's hot, though." One thing the King of the South doesn't need is another headache. He's planning his tour and shooting the film "Bone Deep." Still, the fans would love it if the lost video mysteriously hit the Net on a blog or something.

Statue Of Limitations On Pussy?

Our friend over @ Naked With Socks On came up with another genius concept. Statue of Limitations on sex. For example, if I cheated 5 years ago and you find out today, it's too late to hold it against me. You should have Joey Greco'ed it back then. I'm going to write Obama and see if this can make it to Congress:

No man (or woman) should be held accountable for old pussy (or dick) unless said individual is still in a relationship with or married to the partner that was cheated on. In all other cases, there will be a 3-7 year grace period on bringing said wayward pussy (or dick) up in an argument to hold over the cheater's head. The official grace period will fluctuate and be determined based on 1) the amount of time the couple was together 2) How far along into the relationship the cheating actually occurred 3) How long the couple has been apart 4) How many repeat infractions the cheater had. Once the approved time period has passed, the cheatee has no right to bring up old ass shit to start an argument about said wayward pussy (or dick), as the statute of limitations has expired and all cheaters have been vindicated on a technicality. The only loophole is if the cheater has professed his/her love to the cheatee and has engaged in sexual acts with the cheatee within the past 9 months. In that case, the cheatee has the right to have the wayward pussy (or dick) brought before a board of their peers for discussion.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR-185-02
www.nyc.gov

MAYOR MICHAEL R. BLOOMBERG SIGNS BILL INCREASING FINES FOR RIDING BICYCLES ON SIDEWALK

Testimony by Mayor Bloomberg During Public Hearing on Local Law

"The bill before me today is Introductory Number 116-A, sponsored by Speaker Miller, Council Members Liu, Brewer, Clarke, Diaz, Dilan, Felder, Gerson, Katz, Moskowitz, Nelson, Rivera, Seabrook and Vallone. This bill amends the Administrative Code with respect to the operation of bicycles on City sidewalks, in order to enhance pedestrian safety and promote safer and more responsible bicycle riding.

"Under the current law, riding a bicycle upon any City sidewalk is prohibited unless permitted by an official sign. This bill authorizes the issuance of a notice of violation and the imposition of a civil penalty of up to $100 for any person who violates the current law. In addition, the bill allows more severe penalties to be imposed where the rider endangers any other person or property when riding on the sidewalk illegally. In such cases, a rider will be liable for a civil penalty of between $100 and $300. If there is a finding that there was physical contact between the rider and a pedestrian, then the rider may also be assessed an additional civil penalty of between $100 and $200. Finally, the bill allows for the doubling of civil penalties that would ordinarily be imposed, if a rider commits two violations within a six-month period.

"This bill, which will take effect immediately, will strengthen our existing law and will provide law enforcement officials with additional means to address a dangerous condition on our sidewalks. We hope that this bill will also encourage bicycle riders to obey the law and conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner when riding on the sidewalk."
